Great on iPad until a few days ago

I used this app a lot on my iPad but during the 10/19 game it was locked at downloading--thought it was updating but it was stuck. I finally managed to uninstall and re-download but it still will not fully install and open the app. Works fine on my iPhone. Both have the same, most recent IOS.
